This is REAL STEAM (as opposed to a hot water spray) which means a lot of water is not soaking your carpet, the soils are whisked away, and germs are killed. Period. It's not the cheapest system on the market to own, but quality and performance has it's worth.

"Through Angie’s list, I paid $195 for cleaning service from this company. Called repeatedly. he keep on rescheduling and would say he’s call back. He didn’t. Finally got a hold of him and he gave me this story of him going through a divorce and Angie’s List not giving him money. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. When the day came for him to come, he no showed. Do not use his service. This guy is a scammer and I’m really upset that Angie’s list was complicit."
