We had it inspected prior to purchase and were told that the seals needed to be replaced, some cracks needed to be repaired, and there was a section of the EIFS that needed to be pulled out and replaced. We had some issues getting a good report from the inspector and US Exterior was great working with us re: the type of information they would need before they could provide an estimate. They were very responsive and good about answering all of our questions. They were very prompt in providing a bid that was generally comparable to those we received from other companies. The bid they provided was very detailed re: what work was to be done and referenced the inspection report, which made it easy to follow their proposal. The final cost was slightly lower than the estimate they provided. They kept to the schedule, even with all the rain this year. The workers were polite, kept us informed re: what they were doing, were not intrusive, and got the work done quickly. No complaints at all and will use them again for general upkeep/any problems in the future."

From pictures sent via email, they helped me decide on size, and design elements and promptly sent me referrence since they reside outside my area. The item was made, shipped and damaged in transit and they took care of details of returning item to them, dealing wiht the insurance company, correcting the issue, keeping me up to date in the process and remaking the awning and getting it back to me.
