"A representative came to my house to give me an estimate.  he was very friendly and willing to work with me.
I just went ahead and scheduled the job because I wanted to get in done as soon as possible.
My only disappointment was with choosing the colors.  I thought I would have more input from the rep in helping me choose a color scheme.  When the painters arrived, the colors we talked about were not brought, and I had to quickly pick another "neutral" color that would go with the darker color.  I had talked about a third color being incorporated, but that idea was nixed when the painters arrived. "

"He was very nice, conscientious, polite, and tried his best. He even came out in the rain when no one else would come out in the rain. He came out under poor circumstances, he even made two trips. When I told him I needed it done right away, he was available! It was done in a timely manner, and he picked up the mess of roof tiles that had fallen to the ground. The job turned out bigger than I expected. Almost 2 hours were worked. He gave me some advice on what was going wrong. I will use him again if needed!"

"From the beginning they were highly responsive and communicative as to what to expect, status on progress, and any issues or concerns they experienced.  When unexpected work was identified due to local code and the type of walls, Apsley performed that work without cost to us.  When we ran into an unrelated issue with our garage door, Wayne had one of his crew stop over to provide a helping hand and return it to service. We had hoped the work would be completed so we could use the basement for family Christmas entertaining and Wayne and his crew came through with flying colors!
We are planning to have Apsley perform additional work in another part of the house after the Holidays.  We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Wayne and his team. While not necessarily the least expensive, we have had other contractors do work and Apsley is well worth the difference.
