"Tony did everything exactly as promised -- and better. He called before he said he would; he arrived sooner and earlier than promised; he's friendly, polite, and efficient. He said that there are many ways to do anything, and that he always finds the best way. I agree. Tony works quietly, precisely, and effectively. He read the instruction manual and figured out how to solve installation challenges that were not mentioned in the documentation. He's obviously very experienced at all sorts of very useful work, and he doesn't take long to master the situation. The door works perfectly, and he affirmed that before leaving. He cleaned up the work area so that you couldn't tell anyone had been there with a drill and other tools. Our 3 cats are happy with the door. One mastered it right away and is showing the other two how to use it. The same night the door was installed, a wily raccoon appeared at nightfall and tried like crazy to push or pull the door open. Haha, Raccoon, we humans have finally outsmarted you! No microchip, no service!!!"

"Rob helped me identify issues with my gutters, which were 'brand new' with the home purchase but poorly installed, so I had water overflow in several areas. I've worked with Rob in the past and know the quality of his work is great and he also does his best to help keep you within a reasonable budget. He and the team were punctual and efficient so they managed to leave earlier than expected. They replaced all of my gutters and also added gutter-guards for a reasonable price; they look great and are a huge improvement over the original gutters, as they've done well with some recent downpours we've had. "The entire process went smoothly. The reservation went quickly, once we paid an extra $200 to reduce the pickup window to 3 days. The pickup and drop off process also went well. The car was returned in the same condition we left it. We would recommend using United Freight."

"He was a good window cleaner. In a way, he was counting windows. It was only 10 actual windows because it was double windows. So, it was far less than I was looking for. But, he did a great job on the 10 windows that he did. Then, he was supposed to come back to do some additional work that I was willing to pay for. But, he never returned my calls to set up a further meeting. The work that he actually did was good. But, he fell through in terms of follow up. If he had also been good on his administrative work, I would have given him an 'A.' But because he was a little bit slow in getting going and in particular, because he didn't follow up and be responsive with coming back as I had asked, it drops him down to a 'B.' His price was a little bit higher than I had anticipated for the number of windows he cleaned."
