The work was performed quickly and skillfully, with great results. They also turned the double door leading into that room into a single door, creating more space in the room. Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view. The project manager Rick was a pleasure to work with, and his team were all professional, conscientious, and friendly. Everything turned out just as we imagined. We would highly recommend Ovation Restoration."

"I would not recommend to a friend, nor hire again. Incredibly sloppy work. This project was one of my biggest regrets. My biggest issue is that I brought up issues daily as they came up, was constantly reassured and then nothing was actually fixed.I read the reviews prior to hiring, I looked for a decent company, this project was incredibly simple, turning my existing cabinets white. Apparently, the guy they sent into our home was not a skilled painter (what we expected to hire from a cabinet painting company) but rather a random guy who worked for the company for two months and did not have any actual experience as a painter (he was a carpenter, no background in painting, yet we hired a painting company). Then, after the company gaslit us, instead of training this guy to do the job they advertised their company could perform, they chose to fire the guy instead of cleaning up the mess they created. Even damaged the already installed final product. Gaslit for the entire project. "

"Carlos and his team were always polite and professional, arriving first thing in the morning and staying as long as needed to complete the task. Work was top notch and seemed to be priced well. Owners of the company came by to check on completion. Very pleased."

"i first needed base molding in the guest bath and kitchen. they did this work and it was beautiful. also needed texture on one wall redone. they contracted that work to aderholt drywall and it was exceptional. to have that work done, i waited five months because they were "busy". the total duration of that work was 1.25 days. seven months after that work was done, i still did not have an estimate for replacing the flooring in my entire house, or any of the other whole house remodel i wanted to do. i went in twice and selected materials. i called several times asking for estimates and a time frame to begin replacing my floors, but they never responded. it had now been one full year without any estimates for my projects, no time frame, nobody interested at all. i don't know what happened to this company. at first, everybody was very pleasant to communicate with. did they have me mixed up with somebody else for whom they did not want to work? had they changed owners? i recently went in to their store to ask about a product, and they behaved as if it was a ridiculous inconvenience for anybody to ask about their products and services. they promised to call me with the information i needed but, of course, they never did. also, somebody should remind the women behind the desk that, even if you're whispering, people in the store can hear what you're saying. if it isn't nice, you should probably wait until people are not in the store. overall, i have to give this company a score of one star because of their terrible customer service skills, non-existent follow-up, and general disinterest in their customers. if you're not interested in a job, at the very least you should let the customer know so they can move on."
