I decided to call Advanced carpet and tile based off some recommendations from friends . They cleaned my carpet 2 month ago and it still looks brand new! These people are hard workers and wont just surface clean your floors. They actually take their time and do it right. They have top notch machines and cleaning chemicals that get deep into your carpet, Coupled with employees that actually care about the work they do. I was so happy with the carpet that I had this business do the tile outside on my porch. It had 30 years of water marks and dirt that I couldn't get out even with spending hundreds of dollars on a pressure washer. To my surprise these guys got it to shine and sealed the tile so that it will last another 30 years. This is an amazing company. I will be calling them for every floor cleaning service I may need."

"Manny was friendly and professional throughout. He did a great job cleaning, repairing and color-sealing our nearly 30-year-old tile floor and counters in the kitchen. He worked quickly and quietly. There were no noxious fumes, dust or noise. That approach to the job was much different than I hand in mind when i was considering a DYI approach. I had three other grout service people come in and look at the job. One only does cleaning. The others only do grout repair. Manny does it all."

"I had a upstairs bathroom remodel completed right before Guy came and everything had a thin layer of dust as well as some specific soil marks. Also had just general wear from 2 years between cleanings, 2 teens and a big dog. Carpets look new, smell great AND are super soft. Last time they were professionally cleaned they looked good but felt "crunchy". Guy had to do my stairs twice because of what looked like oil spots. The carpet on the stairs now looks brand new!! I am SO pleased- am usually just glad to have clean carpets but this is the first time I am THRILLED with the job!"
