"I had my driveway sealed and Issac was very prompt, conscientious, and did a great job"

"Jim arrived on time and got to work immediately. He was very friendly and professional. He had to drill holes into the tile in both of my bathrooms to install the grab bars. The master bathroom didn’t have studs that he could use, so he had to use anchors. This meant drilling additional holes and it took more time than usual. He left the bathrooms neat and clean. I also had him caulk the bathtub in the guest bathroom. He did a great job overall! I just wish that it wasn’t as expensive as it was. That’s why I gave the price a “B” rating."

"I was unable to be onsite when they repaired our deck, but they did a great job of communicating details about the work that needed to be done and sent pictures as well. I would, definitely, use them again."

"My paver patio is gorgeous! The work professionally done. There was no problems. I would gladly recommend 7th State Builders!"

"Awesome job by Jose and his crew. They repaired the tile and ceiling in my bathroom."

"Fantastic! The look of my patio is a 1000 times better! They cleaned it, refilled all of the joints with sand between the pavers, and put this sealer on that makes the patio absolutely gorgeous."

"All this in a matter of a few shorts weeks, not months.
Then when everything was said and done and Deck Cetera had already been paid all of their money the front door was damaged and they came out in record time and repair it.
I would recommend Deck Cetera to anyone and everyone.  In fact we did on Memorial Day, anyone who wanted to know we told them.  That?s Deck Cetera you all.  Thanks Deck Cetera for making a big project pain free for us.  You rock!!!

"I usually have my landscaper, brother or some other random person power wash my deck, rails and pavers. I decided to step it up a notch by hiring a professional. Mel was AWESOME. Contact was swift, bid was fair, scheduling was easy. Most importantly, I cannot believe how much better he did than an “average” person with a power washer. Everything looks brand new. Honestly, I’m shocked. I own several homes and I’m very picky about my contractors. I recommend MEL whole-heartedly. Plus, I love hiring an independent contractor. Good for him for making a business successful. Don’t look any further; Mel is your guy."

"I was very pleased with how clean the siding looked afterwards. We had green stuff growing on the north side and all of it is gone now. The porch area was another area that needed attention. After the cleaning, it looked 100% better!"

"I gave them a B on price, because it wasn't anything spectacular, but it was certainly fair. After a week or so, it rained and we saw there was a slight leak on the gutters. Mr. McGavin came by on July 4th and fixed it."
