"This process is nothing short of AMAZING! My enclosure was in really bad shape (my gas powered pressure washer kept giving me trouble). It finally got so bad I had to do something. I called JJ and he came out right away and gave me a quote and scheduled the job right away. He explained the process to me and answered all my questions but I had no idea that the results were going to make my pool enclosure frame look like new! Even when I had pressure washed before it would leave some dingy gray sections on the white frame and after this soft wash process, all that was gone! I couldn't believe my eyes! "Air Ducks replaced my system 5 yrs ago, they never pulled a permit now I have to pay a new contractor to bring it up to today's code and have inspected. Marion county has Air Ducks license on hold right now, that means they can not pull a permit. Plus the county told me Air Ducks has let eight permits from 2018 expire without a final, that means the homeowners will eventually end up in the boat I'm in. I have no other recourse but to sue this company."

"I gave an overall F rating because of the outrageous cost of a 40 minute service call even though the worker and the work were excellent. Service guy came on schedule for bottom freezer of frig that was leaking.. He was extremely knowledgeable and businesslike. After taking out ice maker, sliding freezer door and back panels in freezer box in order to get to the cooling coils, he diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain. At that point he gave an estimate of $406 for the repair. Assuming the repair would be complicated and time consuming, and already having committed to a $95 service call expense, I reluctantly gave the ok to do the repair. To my shock and surprise, the fix was completed in about 30 minutes. The service guy was clearly embarrassed about the cost and explained that the charge was dictated by the job code--plugged drain--and he could do nothing to reduce the charge. He did suggest that a 20% discount coupon was often available on line and suggested I download one. I tried to do so but the discount coupon was no longer being offered. He checked on this and confirmed that it looked like the promotion was not available. I think his embarrassment caused him to spend about an additional ten minutes to adjust the upper refrigerator door which did not close tight due to sagging. The fix was adding a shim washer to the hinge pin that probably cost 10 cents. All in all: a 40 minute visit; 10 cents in parts for $406, or a $600 per hour rate. Was an outrageous ripoff. We will never again do business with Sears for any work. As a comparison, my local, top flight, car maintenance and repair shop charges at $95 per hour. I am also complaining to the Better Business Bureau."
