"The crew (Bair and Jesse) did a great job. They had a couple of helpers with the demo, but the installation was done by just these two. It's pretty clear that these guys have done a lot of countertops. A good bit of field work was required to get nice square joints and smooth edges, and they handled everything professionally. They were also very personable and easy to work with. There were a few rough edges from the demolition, and these guys went to extra trouble to fix these, including a piece of casing to cover a rough edge left in a wall under the countertop. They coordinated with their plumber Jesse, who came as they were finishing to give us a working sink, and his work was up to the same high standard. We are very pleased with the countertop, and I would recommend Smart Stone to anyone considering a countertop."

"After buying this Big Deal and receiving word from Mike I notified him that I would be out of the country until after the 10th of December and would contact him when I was ready for the service to be performed. After I returned to my home and the Christmas Holidays with family and then the visit from the flu I did contact him the end of January beginning of February and a date was set up for the cleaning. Brandon was the nice young man that did the cleaning. The following day I noticed several deep swirl-like black marks on the living room carpet so I contacted Mike. There was a little mis-communication between Mike and myself and Brandon ended coming back twice to redo the carpets. The mis-communication was on MY part and I had thought that after I told Mike about the black spots that he was coming out for an inspection when it was Brandon coming out to redo the carpets. "Before calling Cherie I called 2 other granite companies - both said they would return my call, and 3 week later neither have called me back. I called Cherie, and she answered on the 2nd ring, she was super helpful, I sent her my info, and the next morning she was calling me with questions. The 2nd day she was at my home doing a template for the granite. We had a tough deadline - a week and a half before a holiday party at our home. Cherie did her magic and the finished product was installed as promised. During the process Cherie was very detailed on how the mantle needed to be secured, ect - I am not handy, but she was in direct contact with my contractor on multiple occasions. Cherie is passionate about her work, and you can tell once you meet her."
