"I am extremely happy with Detroit Concrete Leveling for the job they did leveling my driveway and walkway, and caulking the cracks in my cement. The sales person, Lawrence, was very informative about building codes and what was involved in the process, and didn't talk down about any of his competitors like another company I received an estimate from did. The workers, Mike and Matt showed up at the scheduled time, worked hard all day, and did an excellent job leveling and repairing my broken concrete. I couldn't be happier with the job they did or the professionalism they showed in explaining everything in detail and working with me to get the concrete pitched away from the house the way I wanted. I found the price of $2500 for all the work they did, and the results they achieved, to be very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again if the need arises."

They are very responsive & HONEST!! - After they excavated the sites it was discovered there where Helical piers from a past job of theirs from many years ago... maybe even 20 years ago. Nolan Beery came down to Indianapolis to see the piers first hand - and covered them with their lifetime warranty. I was not the original owner that added the piers... they found the receipt that they did do the work many years ago for a previous owner of my home. They covered majority of the pier sites under their warranty. THERE ARE FEW COMPANIES THAT HAVE THIS HONESTY & INTEGRITEY LIKE ACCULEVEL. Acculevel is one of the best companies I have worked with. "Tom organized his tile specialist (Mary...who is great) to meet up with my mother-in-law. The tile was picked out and the project was on its way. After the walls were down Tom could see the damage was under the surface. Tom and his men treat the jobs like it is their home. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done with a 100% perfection. My husband stopped over a couple of times. Not to inspect the job ... just to say Hi, because by the time Tom leaves your project you fill like you made a new friend. He was patient and took the time explaining everything to my 83 year mother-in-law which isn't always easy. She called us for three mornings in a row saying its like a new bathroom, she can't believe she cleaned that water off the floor for so long. I typically do all my home/auto repairs myself but on the few occasions that I have hired "professionals" something has always gone wrong. Which generally leads to me having regrets about not doing the project myself. However in this case everything was perfect. Mike arrived and provided me an estimate promptly after my request. The work was scheduled and your team arrived exactly when I was told they would without delay. The team done such a great job in the demo that the work was actually performed requiring less rebuild than was anticipated originally. Which brought the project in at a lower cost than what was originally quoted. Then you immediately updated the invoice to reflect those changes in cost without hesitating. Also I would like to add that the communication process was excellent throughout the process, I knew what was going to be done and when it would be done and what it would cost to do each item on the quote. There were no surprises (except the reduced cost) and the workmanship was FANTASTIC. Like I said I typically I do my own repairs but after this job was complete and Mike came by to look at the project, I asked him to give me a quote on some more work I would like JCJ to perform for me. "depends who you ask, 1st person I talked to upon estimate said they could smooth the area where the driveway meets the road at no extra charge and the 2nd person I talked to said it would be an extra charge with different trucks. The coating applied is so thin that I can still see all the tiny hairline cracks that were there before. I filled the larger cracks a few days before coating with an asphalt rope that you melt with a torch but they want to send a different crew out to fix larger gaps than what their thin coating will accomplish, just seems incomplete!"

"Bob and his crew did a great job on our deck. Once we agreed on a price, Bob ordered the material and his crew began demolishing the concrete slab we had back there. Once the material arrived, they began the build that afternoon. They did such a good job, we have some neighbors we have never met come up to us and say how good it looks.
