"Worked with James and from the start it was clear everything was organized and transparent.  He stated the materials they use, what they will (and won't) do, and when it would take place.  I had to take time off work so I really appreciate that everything happened as scheduled.  The repipe (~1800 sq foot house took about 6 hours) occurred on day one, the next day the city inspector showed up (no observations), patched up the drywall on the third day (about 4 hours), and on the fourth day had final inspection.  There was never an evening where we did not have water/shower available.  The workers were very kind and professional and careful to be tidy.    I highly recommend this contractor. "
