Of the two Garage Door Companies that are available 24 hours, A1 Garage Door Service LLC was the only one that could be there same evening. They got to our home to fix the broken spring so we could open the Garage around 8:00 pm."

I am located in downtown Milwaukee but I am willing to travel up to ~50 miles. "Contacted Adams Garage Doors for a single carriage style garage door. Quick response to come out and give quote. Called back several times with questions and received prompt answers. Settled on door and was advised it would be approximately two weeks to get the door. Waited a month and heard nothing from Adams Garage Doors. Attempted to contact company four times over a span of just short of a week with no answer and no response. So in total since original agreement on door it has been 5-6 weeks now and have been unable to contact company and received no response to my phone calls or messages left. Have had to open a dispute with my credit card company to get down payment returned.

####UPDATE####. While it should not have taken a week of calls, contacting my card company, and writing this review Adam from Adams Garage Doors did contact me. He explained there had been a series of mistakes on his part. He set up a time within the next couple of days to come install the door. They did come out on a Saturday morning and installed the door. The individual installing the door was friendly and from what I can see did a good job."
