"The plumber was excellent. I have used them twice and never had any complaints. The name of the company is called Energy Wise Heating & A/c inc. He is in Warrenton Virginia. The last time I used him was in October to check the pipes and winterize my system. Obviously his service was excellent. I never had to call him back. Once he came and did the job I never had to call him back for anything. I have used him for my heater and my air conditioner. In the summer time I call him and he would do a tune up on my air conditioner. He cleans it up and gives me a tune up. He checked my pipe and in the winter time he would winterize my house. I have never had to call him back. Before I called him I have had my pipes burst four years in a row. All my pipes have busted four years in a row. Since I have called him I haven't had my pipes burst. He is going to come back next month. Right now I don't know if my pipes' busted because I haven't got my water on yet. I don't know if it works yet because I haven't got the water on yet but we will get to know. He is going to come back in April and open my system up. Everything is shut now. I did have a coupon for the price. As far as the price he has been cheaper than what I have paid before. I will use him in the future. Right now he is on my top list. He is my third one and right now he is on the top list."

"I have a ge refrigerator that was not cooling .I called this company in the morning after I did an internet search and based on their reviews .the dispatcher was nice over the phone and was able to give the same day appointment (between 1-4pm) sure enough around 2pm I received a call from the tech saying that he is on the way.. every thing is good so far.it took him 10 mn (wow) and he figured that I have a defective main electronic board .he checked his truck and luckily he had the part in stock ..he replaced the part for me and cleaned my coils (free) ..the regular price was $365 and I told him about the coupon I had .he applied it and brought the price down to $315.. iam very I am inpressed and I will use them again for any appliance  thank you!!!

And I question the invoice because it was sent to be electronically which was fine but it had a different telephone number under my name. "Hot water heater pilot went out. The way my system works, not hot water then no heat. Airflow were able to come to my home within a couple of hours. They were able to get it started again, but knowing it could go out again, I decided to go ahead and get a new hot water heater. They were able to get it within a day and install it. Since I bought the older hot water heater 13 years ago from someone else, I have had to have the pilot assembly replaced twice."
