"I've used them in particular for a lot of smaller jobs in the house, all of which have added up to a fair amount of work over several years now.  This company is a more full scale construction company, although it specializes in - it likes to say - in bathrooms and kitchens.  It does basically everything.     They've also done some building out of closets because these are very small closets, refinished walls and ceilings, installed a hot water heater, did a lot of circuitry work, if you will, adding additional outlets and things of that sort - so just a general refreshment of the interior of the house.  I would grade them A overall and down the line, or they wouldn't still be in the house.  I've got something that's working with them now that's still underway."

Once done we were able to reclaim the space without extensive cleaning. Work on some rotted trim was well done as well with the joints and finish work tight and clean. Replaced parts of the front door trim and it looks like original.
