"From the day we met George Wells to get an estimate on replacing our deck floor, we were very comfortable with George's home style approach to our project. He surveyed the entire deck, top to bottom, and assured us that we didn't need the amount of work we had anticipated. Less than 25% of the floor was problematic to be replaced. He went through all the decking and determined which parts should be done and which ones were optional. Of course, we decided to do all of the necessary and optional repairs to include an addition we had been planning for a while but did not fit into our original budget. Since we were going to do less replacing of the deck surface. that freed up funds to do the addition, which came out beautiful and very functional. We have been so impressed by George and his crew in all aspects of our project. From the estimate discussions to their arrival time, to the work ethic the crew showed to the final product, we are so happy with the professionalism displayed by all concerned with our project. He sent Jose out to look at the front porch portico and when he realized it was a hazard, put his crew on it pronto. The crew were professional, took care to pick up daily and completed the work in a few days. The crew obviously took pride in their work and Gary was exceptional at providing pictures and updates of the daily progress. I would highly recommend this business for all contracting needs. "Oscar Canales, and his associates Levis and Sergio did an excellent job of installing insulation in a bay window overhang at the level of the basement ceiling, followed by repairing a drywall hole due to a needed plumbing repair. They gave a quick estimate, were easy to work with to fine tune the final pricing, and did the work as promised, arriving on time and finishing as planned. They went above and beyond climbing on my roof to identify the source of a leak, that had eluded other companies which had tried to find the problem. This was done at no charge to me. The repair to the front door frame they did for me, to prevent water from entering my home, was done professionally and also as promised. I highly recommend them!"

"I was a bit disappointing but I fully understand why he charged me more at the end of the job. I, like him, realized that the job was a bit bigger than when he gave me the original estimate. He did spend extra time making sure that the work was well done, took extra time to explain his work, and did a minor repair on a duct opening where the tube was torn, and he and his assistant cleaned after themselves. I appreciate the extra effort. Thank you."

Able to match existing shingles with the new shingles for the repair work. Chimney flashing had to be replaced as well. Water had leaked from the chimney on to the living room ceiling. Did great job repairing the roof, etc. Would highly recommend this company."
