He not only replaced the dome (at a reasonable cost: for replacement part $75, for labor and "house call" $60) but he also scheduled free cleanings of my 3 Solatubes. While he was on the roof, he asked if I wanted a complimentary roof inspection performed. I had no idea how old the roof was or what the condition of the shingles were, so I agreed to the inspection. He told me I had about 5 years left on the roof. I considered that a very honest opinion as he could have told me I needed a new roof now (many other companies would have told me this in order to get me to buy a roof from them). Rob, Operations Manager, came out for a pre-construction meeting to explain exactly what and how the crew would perform the replacement, safety methods, home protection, cleanup and photo documentation during construction. On the day the work was performed the amazing hard working crew, led by Armando, worked as prescission drill team, continuously non-stop. They completely cleaned up all material that floated onto my neighbors areas. I did not find any debris that was overlooked. "I had one shingle that had a crack in it. David Reed recommanded caulking the crack with asphalt caulk which he went ahead and did. David evaluated the current shingles and said they were 20 year shingles and I had about five years of use left. The shingles had some hail damage but all in all the shingles were okay. Outstanding customer service, David came on time, repaired the shingle and evaluated the rest of the shingled roof. Provided ball park estimate on replacing the entire shingled roof."
