Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. "I was very impressed by this company's willingness to carry out a number of related tasks along with the main task of chimney repair. I needed wood replaced and new siding added to my chimney, but I also wanted large cracks in my laundry shed caulked and wood replaced around it and a crack caulked at the house's foundation. Owner Craig Mingle had helpful advice about the best way to repair and seal these places; we discussed some additional work that was beyond my budget at this time, and Craig was willing to set that aside and carry out just the main tasks that I could afford. The work was carried out on schedule by Jerry and Larry, who were polite and professional as well as skillful and careful to clean up when finished. Craig also arranged for a painter to patch holes in and paint a bedroom ceiling. I am very happy with the work that was done and with Craig's willingness to tailor jobs to owners' needs and budgets."
