The caulking around toilet base has visible space between the floor and the caulking. Toilet currently moves when you sit on it, now urine and moisture comes out at the base of the toilet. The old was replaced with new, up to date materials. Daily any questions I had about the renovation process was answered. The downsides to the projects, was the relocation of my husband and myself to a spare bedroom for the work being done on the master bath. The team was always considerate. They took precautions to minimize as much dust and debris as possible, but this kind of project is going to generate quite a bit. Every day, when the team completed their tasks, they would put away tools and cleanup work areas. Now my husband and I have two new modern clean bathrooms that should serve us well through retirement. I would definitely recommend the House Pro team for renovations to bathrooms. They are very experienced and knowledgeable about what works and doesn't work in updating old bathrooms to new."
