Since we weren't sure what would be discovered under the existing deck, Paul prepared more than one scenario so we were fully prepared even for "the worst" case (which turned out to be required given the circumstances). There was some additional effort required by the crew to execute the work, but Ram Builders stuck with and honored their bid. If you're lucky with a contractor, you may "get what you pay for" ... with Ram Builders we were lucky indeed and got everything we'd hoped for in terms of materials, workmanship, professionalism and scheduling. No surprises, just a solid project execution. They were an A+ and we'd welcome the chance to use them again for any future projects."
