"The good experience with Raindrop started with the estimate; Lee was knowedgeable and up front with me about the need to fix my chimney before they could do the roof work; neither of the other roofing contractors had mentioned that. When I accepted their bid, but the work couldn't start for over a month, they held the original price even though the cost of materials had just gone up. When they came to do the work, they were courteous and always willing to answer any questions I had about the process. And Ryan, the owner, is a real sweetheart; he came by at the end to check and make sure I was satisfied, which I definitely was. "All Roofing Eagle did a fantastic job on removing our old shingles and installing a new roof. I have never seen anything like it. In one day a large crew showed up, removed all of the old shingles, checked for plywood damage, and installed a nice new shiny roof. Plus they cleaned up our property and gutters of debris. Very professional and great communication. Amazingly enough they had the lowest bid too. Talk about taking the stress out of a large project. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing to replace an old roof. These guys are work horses."

"From the bidding process to contract signing to completion of job was top notch. During bidding, Aylwin representatives patiently answered questions and revisited the property several times to clarify issues. An amended bid was prepared to respond to developing information. After contract signing on a Monday we asked that our job be done in June as we were very flexible. On Tuesday they called, offering us a start on that Wednesday! From contract signing to completion took 4 days! That was astounding. Our house was easy so the job could fit among more complicated work. Bradley's crew of 7 to 9 members did all the tear off, plywood repairs and new underlayment in one day; all shingles and venting in day two. "After receiving a ridiculously high quote from a large Company for a small roof repair I put off getting it fixed. Then it leaked again. I was skeptical about calling another roofing company believing they would all be out to take advantage of me. So I took the chance and called Pro Roofer. Gabriel called back me very quickly. Turns out that more than likely the leak wasn't even coming from the area the Large company was going to charge me almost $2000 to fix. The leak was more likely from a window that needed resealed. Gabriel came back the very next day and fixed my window ( actually two windows) and put some tar on a couple of flashing spots. I was charged a fraction of the cost of what the other company was going to charge me and probably would still have the leak. "The day after discovering two leaks in our house (one of which happened to be dripping onto our bed) Carlos responded to my repair request immediately AND agreed to come out same day. I'd already had 3 other companies tell me they wouldn't work on my cedar shake roof AND they were booked out for weeks. Carlos and his father Ahmed arrived on time, and after showing them the leaks and the house, they promptly hopped up on to the roof and took thorough photos and explained what was happening. I could see the issues easily with literally zero roofing knowledge. They told me what materials I needed and the cost which was reasonable. "Ricardo and his team are the best! We originally hired them to clean the moss off our roof. They were the only ones who got on the roof before providing a quote which was lower than all of the others we received. Ricardo took pictures to show us what was going on up there. After cleaning the roof he let us know about concerns they encountered while doing the job. He gave us his opinion and some options which included repairing the roof or replacing it along with the pros/cons of each. After they finished cleaning the roof we hired them to replace part of our fence. Once again, excellent job! A few months later we contacted Ricardo for quotes to repair or replace the roof. He once again provided us with fair quotes. We decided to replace the roof and Ricardo and his team started the job the next day. Once the shingles came off, the team found that some of the plywood needed to be replaced and most of what was up there wasnâ t nailed down properly. Ricardo kept us informed about other things they encountered and provided pictures and recommendations along the way. We really appreciated the thoroughness of the job they did and their attention to details. We are positive Ricardo and his team have saved us money in the long run. And we loved that they took pictures of everything as they encountered issues. The customer service, responsiveness, work ethic and thoroughness are outstanding.
