Austin and Cole (new guy in training) were great--courteous, identified the problem immediately, replaced a blown capacitor, and were done in under an hour. What a relief! After enduring several weeks of hot weather in desperation I called Oregon Heating and Air Conditioning. Their bid was much lower and the repair was completed just in time before several !00 degree days were approaching. I wish to thank Clint for doing an excellent job of answering my questions and Sergio most of all for braving the heat of the day and working very hard to get the heat pump going. "We had a new gas furnace installed by RothHome. The install was really well done. It was an all day job. Workers were just great and I was able to ask questions about the installation. We had an air conditioner put it at same time the furnace was installed. After using the air conditioner for the summer we had our routine checkup for furnace and air conditioner. The worker that worked on our checkup noticed that the wiring looked like it melted the plastic at the terminal. He went back to the office and alerted the management of what he found. They came right out that day and rewired the condtioner. This company is really on top of things and no charge to fix the problem. I want to say the technician that found the problem was amazing to find this problem before it could have been worse. I need to mention his name as I was so impressed with his knowledge. His name is Alexander Neumann. What a plus for RothHome. Thanks to him and thanks to RothHome will always use them. Thanks."

"This company is a fraud! Contracted through home warranty company, First American. This company incorrectly diagnosed my AC problem and then prescribed almost $2000 worth of "required repairs" that weren't covered by the warranty. Customer Service person refused to explain why the repairs were needed. Got a second opinion from local reputable company who said the quoted 'non-covered' repairs were totally unnecessary and completely inappropriate for the diagnosis they originally provided, which was also incorrect. They are charging people thousands extra just to make money. Do your research folks! This company is a scam! "
