I was able to get an appointment for a Monday morning service call (other companies I called were already booked through Tuesday because of the heat). Austin and Cole (new guy in training) were great--courteous, identified the problem immediately, replaced a blown capacitor, and were done in under an hour. What a relief! I would recommend them to anyone."

Their bid was much lower and the repair was completed just in time before several !00 degree days were approaching. I wish to thank Clint for doing an excellent job of answering my questions and Sergio most of all for braving the heat of the day and working very hard to get the heat pump going. "This company is a fraud! Contracted through home warranty company, First American. This company incorrectly diagnosed my AC problem and then prescribed almost $2000 worth of "required repairs" that weren't covered by the warranty. Customer Service person refused to explain why the repairs were needed. Got a second opinion from local reputable company who said the quoted 'non-covered' repairs were totally unnecessary and completely inappropriate for the diagnosis they originally provided, which was also incorrect. They are charging people thousands extra just to make money. Do your research folks! This company is a scam! "
