"The Sniders came out to do seeding, lime and fertilizer. They were very professional. It seemed though that a lot of the seeding did not take and produce new grass. It could have been the bad soil/ground that is around the house. I don't know much about lawns but there will need to be a lot of work done in the Fall that I will probably just do myself."

He took care of it this time, he said The price is good and they call you and figure out what's going on. They really try. They talk to you. When I first called them, the man was very good and his price is better than most people. They responded very quickly. The man was very nice and very kind. They call you before they come out. If you tell them you don't want them to do it, they won't do it. It is just very good. When I was looking for someone else to treat my lawn, this man came out first, before anyone else. He gave me the whole run down of the company. There was no waiting time and the price was good. He was quick to answer. He was able to stop, talk and explain what was going on. They just come in and do the work. They have been very good. They call me before the come. Last time when they called and said they were coming. I listened for them to drive in from the North side. I don't know which side. He came out and looked at it. He talked to me. He was telling me what he was going to do. He said I might have to put some rocks down there because apparently it is not getting any sunshine on that side or whatever. That is the last thing that he did. Was stop, talk and explain."

"I called their office, spoke to Di and made an appointment for an estimate. I was able to make an appointment within my schedule. The day of the estimate, Jon called to see if it would be all right to come a little early since he was running ahead of schedule which worked out fine. Jon listened to what we wanted done and made suggestions that we hadn't thought of. Most of the work that was to be done was in an area that was extremely close to a power box and telephone box on one end and a cable box at the other end. He explained how they would work around the utilities. He also told me I would need to call 811 to have the utility lines marked before any work was done. He explained how the lines may affect all of the stumps that were to be ground up by Phil a few days later. The day before the work was scheduled, I received a confirmation call from "Lisa" which was appreciated. The day of the work, Jon arrived first and went back over the plan with me before the rest of the crew arrived. The crew arrived on time with three large trucks and a front loader. Since this was a rather extensive job, there were six to ten men working at different times throughout the day. Before Jon left for his next appointment, he told me that the chipper machine would be here in about three hours and also gave me the names of two of the men on the crew if I had any questions. As the work progressed, the crew kept me informed. I was asked about the cutting of a few limbs on one of the larger trees being trimmed and they even offered suggestions when I wasn't sure of the best approach. Before the chipper machine came, they hauled off two or three truckloads of limbs. After using the chipper machine, they hauled off about three loads of chips. I was asked before they hauled off the first load of chips if I wanted them for mulch, which I declined but was grateful that they had asked. The men also took extra care to work around a couple of azalea bushes that we wanted to keep and were located very close to where they were working. They were not harmed at all. It was fascinating to watch the felling of the larger trees especially since they were in close proximity to the house. I was very impressed at how highly skilled the crew was and how they totally worked as a team. I was very happy with the cleanup process as well. Except for the missing trees and stumps that were left to be ground up later, you couldn't tell they had even been here. Before the crew left for the day, I was asked if I was satisfied with the job and I told them I was very happy and that I appreciated all of their hard work! From the moment I called their office to make an appointment for an estimate to the last moment the crew left, the whole process went smoothly and everyone that I had talked to was friendly, helpful and totally professional.

"The installation went very well. It has been 3 months since the installation and the lawn looks terrific. Some of the preparation work was done on 5/24/16 and the remaining preparation work was completed and the sod installed on 5/25/16. Nick's crew were hard workers and cared about the quality of their work. Nick was very good about answering my questions during the entire process and gave me watering instructions at the end. He has also answered questions for me after the installation. Nick also helped me with a problem that was not his fault. A healthy crop of nutsedge sprang up from the sod from Super Sod. This was Super Sod's lack of quality control, not anything that Intrinity Landscaping did. Nick got Super Sod to give me two packets of Sedgehammer+ turf herbicide to spray on the nutsedge to kill it. Some areas where they can improve: 1) I think more time should have been allowed to kill off the existing vegetation. 2) the crew should have done a better job of evenly spreading the black leaf compost; I had to ask them to spread it better. The area where they dumped it had way too much and other areas of the yard did not have enough, or any at all. 3) The unlucky new guy on the crew struggled rolling the 270 lb. roller and should have had some help, thus doing a better job of removing air pockets and ensuring the sod roots are in contact with the soil underneath. I would use Intrinity Landscaping again without hesitation; there is no need to obtain a proposal from another company."

"Really well. Two workers showed up on time and came to the door to make sure I knew they were there and to confirm the work. Another representative stopped by about an hour into the project to make sure everything was going well and to make sure we didn't have any concerns or additional needs. The team worked hard from the time they arrived and completed everything in 3.5 to 4 hours. My wife and I are pleased with the outcome and how everything looks."
