"Everything went very well, i.e., the consultations & purchase with Noel Smith in the showroom, the precise measurements, and the fabrication & installation coordinated by Donny the fab shop manager. Everyone involved in the process was very personable, professional & competent, and easy to work with. A few weeks after the installation, we noticed a minor flaw (knick) on the product which Donny was able to repair very much to our satisfaction.
