He was the one that drew up an on-site estimate detailing out the cost, material, and downspout locations. Then he took it a step further by explaining how the water would be routed and why they use the material they use. Which, by the way, is a high-quality American Made aluminum fabricated on site to a 6" (primarily seen in commercial real estate but cleared for -- and in some cases needed -- residential real estate) K-Style seamless gutter. Plus, their fabrication style makes the gutters look like they have crown molding! They also use 3X4 downspouts for maximum water flow and sleek miter boxes on the corners because without, they are more prone to leaking.
