General Contractor for residential and commercial customers. Licensed in the States of Idaho and Washington as well as an Idaho Public Works Contractor. We provide free estimates. We maintain 4 crews and a full time staffed office to answer inquiries. We have 12-20 employees and subcontract for plumbing, electric, HVAC, painting, insulation, and gypsum board. We do not accept credit or debit cards but take other forms of payment. We send out billings about the 10th of each month and expect payment within 20 days. Terms are 12% per annum on all amounts 20 days past due.
