"I contacted Jason by phone. After viewing good reccomendations on Angie's List and getting recommendations from other pest control companies that don't do trapping. "I called Brassuer's after a less than satisfactory inspection from another company. Chris and his associate came out and took care of the problem promptly. They were great to work with, showed me where the bats were and how they were getting in. They sealed up the entry and all other potential entries. The total cost was $550 which I thought was reasonable. Initially I had called Pest EZ based on their ratings to get an inspection and did not trust what I heard from the inspector. The inspection was not thorough and he did not even enter the section of the house where I had told him the bats were entering. He lied about several things and charged me an extra $50 to bait mice (which i didn't have). Despite my unsettling feelings the price he quoted for the bat removal was reasonable but I do not do business with dishonest people. Save yourself the headache and just call Chris! He is a straight shooter and will not up charge you on things you do not need."
