"Bill did a great job, was on time, neat, polite, respectful, courteous, diligent and skilled. He totally knows what he is doing and our flooring never looked better. Pricing was reasonable. Very little dust througfhout the house, some, but very little. Though I cleared everything else out of the hall area, I hadn't thought to empty the closet floors before he arrived, and he had not mentioned that either, but he helped to empty them so he could get his work done. NEXT time, I'll be ready for that and will do it before he gets here. Bill helped with color selection when I asked him how colors looked on our type of wood and the choice I made with his recommendation is absolutely perfect! We love it. He uses high quality products that will hold out for a decade. Scheduling the work was a few months out, which worked just fine for us. The day before this scheduled date, I called to confirm Bill's arrival time and there was a calendar glitch, so we rescheduled. There were a few hours of fumes with the stain application, which I hadn't planned for or thought of, but Bill recommended I leave the house, as he did while the stain dried, and to get away from the fumes for a while. I was glad I had so many fans around still from summer to help move the air! I would have liked beiing told about those things I mentioned above because I just didn't know to even consider them, having never hired a floor refinish before.
