Clean up was extraordinary as well. Also, Sergio had to come back to install some gable vents since there was a delay in the supply chain. "This is a positive follow up to the negative review posted March, 2021. Due to a telephone number change I was unable to discuss a crack in my bedroom ceiling for a year after they replaced the roof. Once Richard's realized that that I was trying to contact them, Jim, the owner, immediately came out to review the problem. He was very friendly and apologetic for the miscommunication. He carefully examined the crack and checked the roof and determined that the roof was fine and did not cause the crack. He also refastened my gutters where loose and filled in a crack on the wood molding around the family room at no charge. I am now very pleased with Richard's roofing and will use them again."

"Fast work. Great communication up until trying to communicate with project manager. Was told everything would be completed within two days. The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". "Ridgecon Construction - Above All Roofing did an amazing job on my roof. I lost shingles during March's windstorm; they arrived quickly for an emergency tarping. They were kind, patient, and worked extremely well with my insurance company. No upsell at all! They quoted exactly what I needed and did a fantastic job! Brought me up to code (it was a very old roof), got the job finished as promised, and their cleanup was wonderful. My home feels better since the air quality has improved, and I highly recommend them! It is a family-owned and local business, and I know I made the right choice. The city inspector said they have never had problems with them and they do a great job. This was a big decision, and I know I made the right choice! My neighbors were very impressed, and so was I!"

"The crew, led by Kayleigh, arrived early, and they completed the job with the utmost professionalism. This was a roof replacement, with two layers of shingles. My neighbor left for work at 7 am and when she returned at 4 pm, they were done with all but a few touch-ups and finishes. I was thoroughly impressed with the individual work ethic and the character displayed by each member of the crew. I will be recommending them to my neighbors, and I highly recommend them to you. One final note: the office staff at American Standard Roofing was very attentive and responsive when called upon. I had a positive experience with the entire team from estimate to completion. "it took these guys less than 4 hours to rip off 2 layers, replace a bunch of plywood and cut in a ridge vent along with adding some other vents across the back and slap on the new shingles. Extreme Exteriors did an amazing job!!!! Give Jacob a call if you have any roofing, gutter, siding or window needs!"

"Not good in the beginning. However, we they turned on their vacuum it blew dirt and dust from previous jobs into us into our living. room causing quite a mess . They did apologize it offered us a discount on future jobs. When I called them back to service other areas in the house or have someone to call that they would handle the job that we need it done however it is November and I've not heard back from them since.
