"The entire experience with Patrick Davidson and Apex Roofing was the best it could possibly have been. We were pleased with every interaction we had, whether by phone, e-mail, text or in person. Patrick's price was competitive, the quality of work outstanding and the conduct of his crew was commendable. A big shout-out to Sergio and Patrick's son (Jared?) who provided on-site leadership. Clean up was extraordinary as well. Also, Sergio had to come back to install some gable vents since there was a delay in the supply chain. "Where honesty and integrity is paramount" is their motto and they lived up to it. Go with this company, you'll be glad you did."

"This is a positive follow up to the negative review posted March, 2021. Due to a telephone number change I was unable to discuss a crack in my bedroom ceiling for a year after they replaced the roof. Once Richard's realized that that I was trying to contact them, Jim, the owner, immediately came out to review the problem. He was very friendly and apologetic for the miscommunication. He carefully examined the crack and checked the roof and determined that the roof was fine and did not cause the crack. He also refastened my gutters where loose and filled in a crack on the wood molding around the family room at no charge. I am now very pleased with Richard's roofing and will use them again."

"The crew, led by Kayleigh, arrived early, and they completed the job with the utmost professionalism. This was a roof replacement, with two layers of shingles. My neighbor left for work at 7 am and when she returned at 4 pm, they were done with all but a few touch-ups and finishes. I was thoroughly impressed with the individual work ethic and the character displayed by each member of the crew. I will be recommending them to my neighbors, and I highly recommend them to you. One final note: the office staff at American Standard Roofing was very attentive and responsive when called upon. I had a positive experience with the entire team from estimate to completion. "Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. "Not good in the beginning. However, we they turned on their vacuum it blew dirt and dust from previous jobs into us into our living. room causing quite a mess . They did apologize it offered us a discount on future jobs. When I called them back to service other areas in the house or have someone to call that they would handle the job that we need it done however it is November and I've not heard back from them since.
