I reached out to them and they responded rather quickly. My representative, Mark was very attentive to my needs. He quoted the job and made it happen in a timely manner. The crew was efficient and very detail oriented. They made sure every â iâ was dotted and every â tâ was crossed. They arrived when they said they would and immediately got to work. "This was my lowest bid for 3 large windows. Initial call, estimate meeting, second measurement, and scheduling went perfectly. It took maybe 4 weeks this time of year for the windows to be made. The installers were on time in the 3 hour window (maybe and hour into it). They installed the windows very quickly. I was concerned about having flies and other bugs coming in with 3 windows out, but they were so quick, that I think only 1 fly got in. After the windows were installed, they used injectable insulation and framed it with a nice solid material. The previous window framing had a rubber substance that looked terrible. The front of the house (2 living room windows) looks completely updated! The 3rd window was the master bedroom. It also looks great! I would have given these two guys a 100% grade, BUT... the only thing that took the icing off my cake was I discovered several cigarette butts in my yard the next morning! Nasty! That, to me, was extremely unprofessional. Maybe Window World needs to require workers to only smoke between jobs and not during installs. We don't need dogs eating them or little kids messing with them, and I shouldn't have to pick them up, either.

"the company set up an appointment to measure the surface area of my deck, rails and stairs. They were delayed when another appointment was double-booked, but they called and apologized. The representative came out, was very professional, measured my wood surface area, and informed me that my surface area was over 1000 sq ft. This, along with the greater than $4000 price astonished me. I declined to have Honey Do's do the work, and I requested and received a refund for the $299 deal."

"This repair went well. I am very satisfied with  Southern Grace Exteriors. The worker was a consummate professional. This was a two-day repair. On the first day, he gave me a call prior to the appointed time to remind me that he was on his way. He showed not long before the appointed time, gathered details about my concern, and went right to work. After examining the problem area, he provided me with the details about what was causing the leak. He show me pictures of the damage up close and informed me what it was I was seeing. Any questions I had were answered in a polite and professional manner. He rescheduled for another day to make the repairs. Again, he showed slightly before the appointment time and took care of business. He was actually done making the repairs much more quickly than I anticipated. He took up close pictures of the finished product and shared them with me. Though he could have milked me for additional payment, he did not. I would highly recommend  Southern Grace Exteriors to anyone needing home roof work.

"I noticed shingles missing off my roof and several storms came through this spring. I contacted three different roofing companies to give me an estimate on what needed repaired. The first two companies both tried to tell me I needed an entire roof replacement. I contacted ferguson roofing who told me the majority of the roof was still in good shape and only need a few hundred dollars of shingle replacements. After the estimate a date was given for the work and they showed up on time and completed the job. Not only were they honest and reliable but they are huge supporters of first responders and military."
