"The installation looked good but, the finished product ended up prickly the flakes either should have been scuffed down before they were clear coated, a heavier coat of clear put on, or a second coat of clear put on. I can not mop this floor because the mop catches on the prickly surface. This is my car showroom and I want it kept nice. I will need to mop or clean it somehow. help I have asked the contractor to remedy the situation with no response other than a phone call saying he would come look at it, which he did not.
