Given the number of rooms and the need for pet treatment, it was too expensive to do very often, although I received a coupon for half off within 6 months, so it may allow me to continue to use this service."

"They do a great job. They come when they say they are going to and they clean it really well. If they miss anything they will come back and get that spot. They will and we have a dog and he loves to get into things he shouldn't and right after we cleaned this I had a cup of coffee in a cardboard cup and he carried it through five rooms after that it was done. They came back and spot cleaned it for us. They are a little more but they do more and get it a lot cleaner than we have ever experienced before. I don't know any other company that will come back and spot clean that coffee. They do run specials from time to time which they are running now. I don't know how much it is and I think it is a Holiday special."

"At first I thought the lady that was sent out was doing a pretty good job. After a few months I saw that the Lady was not getting down on her hands and knees to mop the floors anymore, which is something I had requested before I ever had them out. I was never happy with the cleaning in the bathroom. I called and spoke to Linda, but the lady never got it right. That's when I decided to end the services. The next time I cleaned I saw she had broken the hand off of one of my Seraphim Angel Figurines (worth about $50) and hadn't said a word. My angels are on a built in cabinet on the top shelf and a tall person would have to use a stool, so I know it had to be her. She also thru the piece out, so I couldn't try glue it back on. Tom came out today and did a fabulous job on the carpets. It was everything I had hoped. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others."
