Cleanup was so thorough that the next day you wouldn't even know that such a major project had taken place. "They did a good job. They came out pretty much when they say they would and they did get it done. I found them from Angie's List and they have a lot of good reviews but the thing that I didn't like was he said that it would only take like a day or two and it sounds like he didn't communicate well. The first time I called they didn't call me back and I tried to contacted them through the e-mail from Angie's List and the owner that comes checked that out really quick. So he came, he check and saw that I e-mailed and I talked to one of his workers between that. He got right back to me as soon as he got involved. He got the estimate and we talked about the job. They came out here and they ended up working week and what it sounds like was however he delegated the job, he didn't delegate enough people for the job that needed to get done. It rained when they are in the middle of working and they covered my porch roof but it leaked a little bit. It didn't turn out that anything was really injured, they really felt sorry about that and offered to do anything that I needed to to make it right. I got my job done and got it done well but there were definitely some glitches. They cleaned up nicely. The employees were nice and the employee that was on site felt terrible, he felt that it was taking so long for it to go through, he felt that he must calculated and I guess what happened was he had ordered the roofing for the porch and it was suppose to be delivered but our delivery time was off. He felt like it can get it done before the rain comes but then because it wasn't delivered on time he was not able to do that and got into trouble. Then the owner came out to find out what was going on, he's going 'Oh my God, we really didn't put enough people on this job which the guy actually out here didn't say all along', but generally they were professional group and they know what they were doing."

"I first contacted DeWit Roofing back in the fall of 2014.  I had some water damage on my ceilings and  had other issues with the roof in the past.  Tim came and inspected the roof, measured and provided an estimate.  He suggested that I wait until spring to replace the roof due to the pitch of my roof and the fact he did not feel he could guarantee the roof because the shingles would not have the opportunity to seal due to cooler weather.  He did offer to seal any areas that looked to be troublesome before winter.
Early this spring Tim was in touch and we scheduled a time for my roof to be replaced.  The crew arrived on time, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves and I was quite pleased with my new roof.
Unfortunately in the process of removing the old shingles my picture window was scratched in several places.  Tim responded quickly to my concerns and after  I researched options for repairing the damage, Tim graciously authorized the full replacement of my picture window.  I was reimbursed promptly for the cost of the window.
I would not hesitate to recommend DeWit for roofing needs.
