Once started, they worked quickly and efficiently. We did have a few small hiccups, namely using our garage to cut tiles and mix thinset, which created an exorbitant amount of dust coating my tools, bikes, and anything else that was stored in the garage. We also had an issue with the cleanliness of the home after some of the workers left, however, after we brought it to Helio's attention, he made sure to tell the team to do a better job moving forward. Contract was a little confusing, so I would encourage many questions to clarify things ahead of time such as timeline for selecting certain items, confirming when the next payments are due etc. All in all, we're pleased with the project and how it turned out."

I spoke to two other plumbers over the phone for 3 issues in one of my bathrooms. 1. low water pressure in faucet 2. leaking water around the P trap in the same sink and 3. constant dripping of water thru faucet. They recommended that I replace the faucet with a new one that would take care of everything.. Then I called Mr Wilson Taccuri and told my issues. He came home and fixed the first 2 issues and recommended replacing the faucet to fix the 3rd issues. I wanted to see what he suggest and what he does. Then, I had to buy a new faucet and call another plumber again to replace it. All issues could be fixed in one setting by changing the faucet and changing the valve as those were non-urgent. But he made me call plumber twice and increased the cost of my project."
