"I've been using Carpet Police for years and I am always glad when I call them! When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. My kitchen grout changed for the better after you guys were done last time. I'm pretty sure it was 2 shades lighter. I'll keep on calling you!"

He was super easy to work with, very informational, easily communicated, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. "They were amazing.  It was absolutely amazing.  The cost was reasonable.  They took out things that had been there for a long time.  They said it would be dry in twenty minutes and it was.  They were polite and it sounds like a fair advertising.  We built a house now that are all tiles so we don?t need them which is also wonderful.  But I would definitely recommend them very highly.  They did an incredible job.  They used non-toxic cleaning agents which was very important to us.   

The price was very reasonable and we used a coupon from a local magazine.  They were very professional.  I have no one complaint."

"Gordon and his partner arrived and introduced themselves.  I showed them the three rooms and pointed out the extra soiled area in one of the rooms.
They started by placing plastic protection in all the corners where the hoses would be rubbing.   Brought in the equipment and started cleaning the rugs.  Before I knew it they were finishing and while Gordon was taking all the equipment back to the van, his partner measured  the area with tile for the proposal.
I received specific instructions when to place the small furniture back  as it would take 2 to 6 hours for the rugs to dry.
