"The technician that replaced our water heater was great. Jacob completed the water heater replacement within his estimated time frame. After completing the job, he explained and showed me what he had done. Jacob is a very skilled professional. Thanks Jacob."

"During a service in May 2025, a technician suggested potential mold issues but failed to document these concerns in the subsequent paperwork. Additionally, during a winter check in November 2025, a different technician warned me of necessary repairs and implied a potential fire hazard related to my heater; however, this information was also absent from the official records in both situations. After seeking a second opinion from another company that deemed my system safe, I expressed my dissatisfaction to owner Andrew Dobbins. I requested a prorated refund for the three years left of my membership. A follow-up from Service Manager, Paul Matthews, indicated that my system was not as dirty as originally claimed, prompting me to question the integrity of the services provided. My request for a refund was declined, and a subsequent call with Mr. Dobbins escalated, as he accused me of attempting to extort money, rather than addressing my legitimate concerns about his technicians' practices"

"Most reasonable quote I received, and they showed up when they said they would for both the free inspection and the job. Absolutely would recommend and have hired them twice now."

"We had a heating review and annual service check. The tech did a good job explained everything and showed me all the checks he made including the burner check. He was polite, friendly and professional."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Tucson, AZ

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
