"had a truly disappointing experience with Ambiance Pool Service. Initially, they came to set up my pool, started cleaning, but then inexplicably disappeared, refusing to answer any of my questions or provide the service they promised. The lack of professionalism and customer service was astounding. Their behavior was nothing short of rude. When attempting to reach out for assistance, I was met with hostility and a complete lack of willingness to help. It felt as though they were actively avoiding any form of communication, which is unacceptable for any service-oriented business. To make matters worse, I had already paid the setup fee for their initial cleaning service. Despite this, they ghosted me, failing to return my calls or provide any form of follow-up. This level of neglect and disregard for a paying customer is inexcusable. Overall, my experience with Ambiance Pool Service was by far the worst I have ever had in terms of customer service. It seems as though they are more interested in driving customers away rather than retaining them. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with caution or look elsewhere for a more professional and reliable pool service provider."

"Tommy worked hard to earn my trust and it was nice to know that he was also going to be overseeing the construction too. I didn't want to be linked up with someone I didn't know and have the salesman just vanish. So to me, this was important. He is a very talented designer and takes pride in his work, loves his work, and wants to make sure that it is built the way we talked about. He was the best part of the entire process. I really feel like my backyard was brought to fruition just as I had imagined. Pool, landscaping, lighting, outdoor kitchen. Highly recommend!!"

"David and team commenced the work and made good progress over couple weeks. We were very pleased with the new pool surface and tile. The deck repair was more extensive, I think, than first planned. We were shocked to find deck cracks only 3 weeks after completion and contacted the company requesting re-work. A few associates came out to examine but it was a quite a delay before the deck expert was available to make the repairs and finalize the job. Job is now complete and we are thrilled with the results,"

"A previous company had left me terrified I was looking at a lot of expensive work on my DE filter. I had an eye problem, so couldn't see well enough to deal with it myself. Classic came, checked things out, and gave a very fair estimate. They fixed the filter with a simple cleanout. The water quality was worse than expected, so we opted to pump it out and start over. They gave me a good deal on that, then Shawn, my weekly guy took over. Things were still pretty stained, but in the month or so since then, he's gotten most of the stains out, the water balanced, and the pool looking the best it's ever looked. He's also good about getting things locked up and not leaving a mess. The billing is all handled online through email which makes paying easy. They've been very reliable/punctual and polite."
