"Upon returning from work in the evening, our refridgerator/freezer wasn't cooling and we also noticed the ice maker stopped working as well. I suspected the condensor fan might be the problem as it did not come on when the compressor started. As it was after hours, I researched an appliance repair service on Angie's and chose Bud's based on a single review and called. I left a message and sure enough at approximately 8:30 the next morning, I recevied a return call. We discussed the problem (which included my amateur diagnosis), received an approximate cost which included the service call and the cost of the replacement part, and a service appointment timeframe (approx 2:00 - 4:00 PM). At about 2:20 PM, the service tech called to say he was enroute. He arrived shortly thereafter and performed the repair in about 30 minutes. The cost came in right on the money from the estimate (not including tax). The technician was professional, polite and very knowledgable to the point of even asking us questions that affirmed to us in the time period leading up to the failure, that indeed the fridge was about to fail (extra noise, hot door seals etc.) <br />"
