"I recommend Dennis (Harmon & Harmon) in the strongest terms for a renovation, upgrade, or any other construction in your home. I hired Harmon & Harmon for some upgrades/repairs in a home I recently bought, including a major renovation of my attic (dark, unfinished space, bare studs) to be a fully finished room. Dennis saw the potential of the attic (which was huge & very open). Now fully finished, the attic has a beautiful composite wood-grain floor, finished walls, recessed lighting, full climate control with a mini-split, and he was even able to add a window with a view to the water. It is a huge room that now functions as a TV room for the kids with a big sectional couch, one corner is an extra closet/storage nook for my wife, & the gabled window area has table & chairs for reading and enjoying the view. Best thing about Dennis... 100% follow-through, 100% satisfaction. If I had an issue, he fixed it, period. Outstanding professionalism from start to finish. A+, 10/10!"

"Everything was awesome! The job was finished quickly and accurately, and everything was clean when they were finished. I would definitely hire again!"

"We have had Capitol City do lots of work for us -- the bathroom remodel was just one thing. They've framed rooms, built fences, installed a new water heater, done tile floors, installed doors, trimmed out rooms, and done many, many other jobs. They show up when they say they're going to -- which is important -- work quickly and neatly, and are good to work with."

"They did my Dads house in Bellevue, they did a great job, cleaned after the job was done, and his roof looks great. Plus the price was very competitive and they worked with my insurance."

"Ari, Fernando, Denny and the crew did a fantastic job on our master bathroom remodel. The took an outdated 80’s bathroom and transformed it into a lovely room with a bigger shower, lovely tile work and storage galore. Thank you Finecraft for a job well done!"

"Working with KOI Build was easy and stress free. I found Chris, the owner, to be smart, creative, and personable. He came up with options and solutions for my new deck that were aesthetically pleasing and budget friendly . The crew that worked replacing my backyard deck worked beautifully, also contributing suggestions that brought my project to completion, also beautifully.l"

"We would highly recommend Topnotch Painting! They are excellent!"

"They rehabbed an old farmhouse and and it looked beautiful. They kept the old charm intact and found material to use from the same era. I appreciated that they were constantly checking in with me to tell me what they were doing. The also updated my current home with ADA accessible doors, a walk-in tub, re-did my bathroom, and put vinyl planking down in the whole house. I would definitely recommend them!"

"It went great. Andy was able to start quickly and fit us in. He installed drywall, soffit and flooring as well as doing some Painting for us. Would recommend him to anyone and hire him again if we have any future home remodel or handyman services."

"They did a full remodel on our home, and we’re really happy with the results. They opened up the walls on one side of the house, added three new windows, replaced our existing slider with a much larger one, remodeled the kitchen with new cabinets and countertops, and converted one of the garage bays into an additional room and bathroom. Greg helped us with the design, finding the right materials, and keeping everything moving as the different parts of the remodel came together. He worked quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated since we were living in the home throughout the project."
