The technician checked it out and the scheduler set up an appointment to do the repair. The technician removed the damaged section of siding and replaced it with a new piece. The fit is perfect and the dimensions of the replacement piece matched perfectly with the original siding. He painted the repaired section and now you can't see where the repair was done. Perfect job. This repair was done quickly and everything cleaned up. Very courteous."

"Marlon immediately responded to my e-mail and came out even earlier than he first estimated-- just a few days after we talked. He and his partner looked at my very very steep roof, with very limited access points-- and they kindly decided they could do a repair and maintenance check for me. They replaced a row of shingles and caulked around some of the vents and pipes on one side of the roof that had the wind damage. The communication was excellent, and Marlon texted photos of the leaking areas and vents. He also confirmed that I do need a new roof, showed me more pictures of other areas of the roof that I cannot see from the ground. The pictures were very helpful coming from someone who actually went up to view the entire roof.
