Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in Tumwater, WA

"For some reason, a flicker decided to claim the house for its own and started pecking holes in the siding. I called SidePro to come out and take a look. The technician checked it out and the scheduler set up an appointment to do the repair. The technician removed the damaged section of siding and replaced it with a new piece. The fit is perfect and the dimensions of the replacement piece matched perfectly with the original siding. He painted the repaired section and now you can't see where the repair was done. Perfect job. This repair was done quickly and everything cleaned up. Very courteous."

"We choose Golden Quality because when we met Rafael, he was really good at explaining how he will execute the project, he was friendly and very professional. He really listened at our needs, was answering all of our questions and was good for communicating. Rafael and his crew did a great job, they always cleaned up at the end of the day. It was a big job they replaced our house entire siding and window trim . I would definitely recommend them. Our house looks great. Thank you."

"Their team did a great job repairing some house siding issues. Very courteous and professional at a great price!"

"Eric did a great job while giving me my quote. He was very knowledgeable and found some issues with my siding that I hadnt noticed yet. He showed me the product that DaBella was offering and the differences in other siding materials. He worked very hard to make the siding replacement quote affordable and fit all of our needs. I cannot wait to get the new siding."

"I can not recommend Christopher enough. He and his team did a fantastic job residing my house. I had damaged, old LP siding. Christopher and his team replaced the damaged panels, wrapped my house, put on HP lap siding, and painted it. The trim was perfect and they repainted the gutters. I got to pick my custom colors and he painted everything. I am so happy with how my house looks. Oh and he did it for $10,000 less than all other quotes. Same quality materials same skilled labor, just for less. Christopher's quote was low pressure, he communicated clearly though email and his team was super friendly and nice."

"Rafeal and his crew did amazing work. The previous owner of our home did an add on and cut corners. We knew the siding work was bad and that it needed to be replaced. When Golden Quality Builds started work, Rafeal was very informative on what the siding removal revealed. He was ready with suggestions and showed us exactly what needed to be repaired before moving forward. The evening that we were informed of each new singing we had an estimate ready. It only took an additional week from what we expected which was REALLY fast since there were two sizable discoveries after work began. The entire process was smooth and despite the additional repairs, we are not stressed as Rafeal established trust with his communication, great craftsmanship, immediate solutions and friendly attitude. The finished work is golden quality. We will definately be using them for future home improvements. Great work and amazing pricing!"

"They did an excellent job of removal, replacement and cleanup. Promptly returned phone calls and answered questions. They were very flexible in meeting our schedule."

"Jon's work is as good as it gets! We have a rental property that we're preparing to put on the market. It needed a number of repair and update tasks completed, some small and some not-so-small. Everything from replacing siding to building a set of outside stairs to revamping a tile entryway to simply tightening some loose faucets. Jon has been ready, willing and more than able to meet every one of our requests, and his final work is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again, and will be calling on him for the "checklist" at our own home, too."

"We picked EcoStar after interviewing four bidders all of whom seemed capable of the job to replace or 30yo wood deck with a composite Trex deck. We liked that they were Trex Pro certified and could start right away and put enough people on the job to get it done quickly. Also that Asef, the head guy at the Seattle office came to our place and discussed with knowledgeable detail what would be done. Deck was completed as expected excepting for a few days delay to get a railing segment and a length of facia board from their suppliers. We love the deck and feel it has enhanced our house value!"

"Agron evaluated our roof and how it was a poor quality job from the original construction. He offered us options including a simple fix (which due to the original construction probably wouldn't last) or to replace that section of the roof with a proper installation. We opted for the proper installation and it looks great and we feel good for that area of the roof (other areas could still be a problem as he noted, but we will deal with those areas as needed). They were also great at cleaning everything up and making sure we were satisfied with the state of the yard (after some bushes had slight damage). Overall I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we need roof work."
