"Phenomenal experience with Artistic Stone Design. Their work is best in class. After completing a kitchen and powder bath upgrade with ASD late summer, we decided to proceed with the even bigger project of updating our guest bath and master bathroom. We wanted to update the flooring, backsplash, tub/shower surrounds w/niche, and add heated floors in the master. The project was estimated to take about a month and we coordinated the sequencing to make sure one bathroom worked while the other was under construction. This approach was great as it didn't add any disruptions to our daily life throughout the process. Since we already knew the materials we wanted for both bathrooms we worked with ASD to purchase all materials in bulk upfront, but they would pick up the materials themselves as needed. We on the other hand, housed the new sinks/faucets and tubs at our house during construction. This wasn't too much of an inconvenience because we had an area of our garage to house the items. Surprisingly the guest upgrade start to finish took only 7 work days!! I was blown away how quickly it was done but most importantly the quality of the work. Just outstanding and beautiful. The master bath started the following day and we moved into the new updated guest bathroom immediately. The master required more attention due to size, heated floors, and separate shower/tub setups but I would say the process went just as smooth as it did with the simple guest bathroom. The master project took about 13 work days to finish - amazing speed and quality as well. We also got a bonus: based on the amount of quartz and tile we purchased, we had enough to update the small vanity in our basement bathroom as well. Now all of our bathrooms coordinate beautifully. In the beginning it was estimated this project would take about 1 month, but in reality they finished nearly a week early and on budget. It should also be said that their team is extremely friendly and professional to work with. The entire experience was very enjoyable and I always felt like our needs/questions were respected and welcomed. It was a true collaboration. We did run into a few issues with materials that were normal for this type of project (backorder, shortage) but ASD was always on top of it, communicated with me, and provided workaround solutions to stay on track. I highly recommend working with ASD for your tile and slab needs. Their work is best in class and we are so happy to have found them. *I should also mention that they have an extensive team that reaches beyond tile and slab: plumbers, electricians, glass installer, etc. These contractors all exhibited the same professionalism and quality of work of ASD. Truly there is no need to work with a 3rd party to plan a remodel with ASD, since they come with a great extensive team as well as design sense for what will be ideal in your space. "Stone pros are a top notch company. When we first decided to replace our counter tops in our new house we were going to put gray quartz into our house. When we sat down with the very busy owner of stone pros Glenn, he changed our minds. Because we were installing new counter tops into a log home he suggested using a natural stone because it is a natural home (log built). We were looking at a light gray color scheme, Glenn suggested a dark stone he had recently seen at a granite distributer in Seattle. We instantly agreed. He has an eye for what would work and look best. We went totally opposite of what we came in to have installed. He stated he would do what we wanted as customers. But we went with his suggestions. We went down to Seattle (not my favorite place) and picked out our slabs. We absolutely could not be more pleased with his suggestions. We were under a tight time line also. We had a house warming party coming up and really wanted the counter tops completed. Glenn’s crew was very accommodating to our schedule and worked tirelessly to have the job done in a very timely manner with the utmost professional attitude on a Saturday. You have to understand that installing counter tops against logs is not an easy event. I was asked questions along the way on how I wanted certain locations to be completed so I would be happy with the end result. We will use them again for our bathroom remodels when the time comes. "She had to reschedule because of snow but showed up on time at the new appointment date. It took about three hours and she did a very nice job cleaning and sealing the tile and grout in our master bath which included the shower enclosure, floors and counter top. She removed the old silicone seals from around the bottom of the shower and the kitchen sink and replaced them with the appropriate materials. She also added a bead of clear silicone along the edge of the tub and floor in our guest bathroom. Very professional."

"Steve, the owner of Artisan Marble Restoration, was a true pleasure to work with, from start to finish.  The quality of his work was superlative.  Steve is extremely knowledgeable and a perfectionist in the best way possible.  He demonstrated a very strong work ethic and was exceptionally conscientious to ensure an outcome consistent with his high standards.  His dedication and commitment to my project, and his un-willingness to give up when the project posed unanticipated challenges, was honorable.  Steve went above and beyond the scope of the project to ensure I was happy.  Steve was very kind, personable and professional, and just an all-around good person. <br /> Details of my project: <br /> The travertine tile in my shower was completely ruined when it was cleaned with highly abrasive cleanser and heavy duty scouring pads.  What was once beautiful travertine in a rich taupe color with a slightly glossy finish became stone which was stripped, lifeless, raw, rough to the touch, porous and almost devoid of color.  It was in such bad shape, I was sure it was ruined beyond repair.  I called around to several specialty stone providers and contractors, and they all highly recommended Steve, telling me that if anyone could fix it, it would be Steve.  They were right. <br /> I called Artisan Marble Restoration and left a message which Steve returned later that same day.  Steve was very nice, articulate and knowledgeable on the phone and explained what had probably caused the damage to my stone.  He was accommodating to my sense of urgency and came out the next day to look at it. <br /> Steve diagnosed the damage which was complete etching of the stone deep down several layers, and gave me the good news that he could restore it to its original state.  He explained the restoration process in detail.  Prior to talking with Steve, I was skeptical that it could be completely restored, especially the bleached out color due to the extent of the damage, but immediately trusted Steve's expertise and honesty.  Steve spent several days painstakingly refurbishing the stone using the best products available to ensure optimal results and longevity.  To my amazement, he was able to restore the stone and the color completely back to its original beauty!  In fact, thanks to his hard work and diligence, the stone is more beautiful and stronger than it originally was. <br /> As part of the job, Steve said he would touch up my grout as well.  Being the conscientious person that he is, Steve ended up re-grouting the entire shower.  While doing so, he noticed that the grout on the floor was failing and had disintegrated all the way down to the water pan underneath (faulty builder install).  He took to the task of treating this issue as well, but ran into some unexpected problems with the drainage which could jeopardize the integrity of the grout.  He came out numerous additional times to address it, and even consulted a shower pan installer expert so he could diagnose the underlying problem with certainty.  Steve went above and beyond the scope of my original job to address this unforeseen problem (and did not charge me extra), and refused to give up until it was fixed.  (He also took it upon himself to fix a couple of additional spots on my bathroom floor that had been damaged, again no extra charge.)  I felt bad that he had to spend so much unanticipated extra time on the grout, but it was he who was concerned about inconveniencing me.  <br />    <br /> I was extremely pleased with the quality of Steve's restoration and the level of conscientiousness and expertise he showed throughout the project. On a personal level, he was a pleasure to work with and very easy to have around.  As an added bonus, Steve is a big Seahawks fan. (!)  I would recommend Steve without reservation and with enthusiasm."

"We had Chhay from Stone Restoration Services some holes and marks in our Terrazzo floor after moving the Kitchen island. He was amazing. You would never be able to tell there was ever a hole. He even managed to restore the floors to white from the discolored cream they had become since 1960. He was also 50% cheaper than Marblelife. I'm a huge fan of this guy. He went above and beyond repairing a bunch of holes and marks that weren't in the original scope. He also took great care of our cabinets and walls. "I've used Atlantic Tile and Granite for all of my projects. We just finished kitchen/bathroom number three and moving onto our fourth project. I've used two other companies before I found this one and wow! What a difference. Nick is always on time and can answer any questions you have. Nataliya is helpful when trying to pick out granite over the phone by sending pictures of what is in stock. There are no "seams" glaring out and the granite looks beautifully showroom polished when they are done. I won't go anywhere else and after you use them, I doubt you will either!"

"We had removed a fiberglass shower stall, and re-framed one of the walls and ceiling in our second bathroom.  Chad recommended a dry-waller, that did an excellent job prepping the area for Signature to install a Schluter-KERDI system, and build up the shower floor in preperation of the tile. <br /> We also had them install two hearths for our fireplaces. <br /> Chad, Alex, and Greg where quite professional, punctual, and responsive throughout the entire processes.  We would HIGHLY recommend them, and will use them again when we have our kitchen floor tiled. <br /> <br />"

"Mark was the only sales rep who got back to me in a timely fashion with the turnkey solution I wanted.  They were very professional throughout the job, which took several weeks.  The only complaint I had was that they didn't remove the packing containers from the various faucets, toilets, bathtub, etc.  But I didn't consider that all that bad, considering the quality of the work performed.  They did haul off all the demolition related items. <br />"
