"Shannon was incredible! Our property was overrun with rambles n trees that needed to be removed so we could even begin to decide on the house site for excavation. He communicated promptly. I couldn't meet him out there, so he went to look at the property on his own and let us know if he could do the job and how much. He started and we stopped by to meet him and see the progress. He even sent photos so we could see the progress. Amazing! His fees are extremely reasonable. We will ask him to come back out and do the back portion of the property and the actual excavation for the build site when it's time. Can't recommend Superior Services Contracting enough."
