"The job was excellently executed by by Kevin Caparo. The job was far from easy as Mr. Caparo had to crawl under a trailer and do all the work on his back . He cleaned and sanitized the ac once he dismantled it from the trailer then went on to put in all corrected ducts after he went to various supply stores to buy all the supplies needed to correct situation. All this was done in 95 degree temperatures. Mr Caparo was skilled and performed his job in such a professional manner. It took 2 days to complete the job and Mr. Caparo was loyal in completing his difficult duties. We recommend Caparo's HVAC very highly. Would not hesitate to use him again!!"

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"Was a shipping issue due to the first one they received was damaged by the trucking company. Thanks Fedex. So it took longer to receive the special order unit I wanted due to waited on a reorder. They kept me informed while we waited. This was not their fault, and I am happy they refused the first unit. On installation day, they were on time, very professional, cleaned up the whole area, took the dinosaur heat pump I had away, and Nick an installer, thoroughly explained how to operate the new unit to me. The next morning I noticed an issue and called them to complain. I called at 0800 AM and 2 workers showed up within an hour of my call to fix the problem. Now that is great customer service. It is nice to see a company that cares about making sure their customers are satisfied, even after they were already paid. I would definitely call on them again."

My local company wanted to charge me for individual testing of all the things Environmental was charging me a flat fee for. With my local company I was well over $600 to cover the same testing Environmental was doing for around $200. They sent me the bottles to ship my liquid in and provided me with a free shipping container to send back to them. I didn't have to pay the return postage. I think the entire transaction from placement on Angies List to a report in my hand was about a week or week and a half. I called the number they gave to have someone go over my report with me, which was great. We did have to mitigate a few issues based on the report. "The work was messy but The crew was very hard working. The jackhammer hit a pipe under our sink. They came back to fix that. While the amount of water was drastically reduced in our basement, I will never feel secure enough to finish it. They have returned 4-5 times to troubleshoot the problem because their service has a lifetime guarantee. The last time they came (2 years after original job) they added another sump pump and redug one of the ditches. It seems to have helped but I still see a very small amount of water seeping through a few cracks in the floor. With two small kids in the house, it's exhausting to keep having service people in and out of your house. I'm not happy it took so many visits, but I think overall that they were fairly quick in responding to my calls and getting out to our house."
