"Things started as well as could be expected. Tim came out and did the measurements and told me what a previous inspector had stated, that our foundation had sunk about 3 inches on one side of the house. After completing all of the measurements, he have me a quote, which was lower than the first company. After we completed the process of acquiring the funds for the repair, we scheduled a date to have the repair started. I received a call asking if I minded having it pushed back from the Monday it was scheduled to begin to the Thursday. I agreed. I then received another call asking if I would mind pushing the start date back to the Friday. This time I agreed and asked if this was the last delay since I had to change my requested time off work each time this happened. I was told it would be the last time. I received a call on Friday (project start date) stating the the project engineer wanted to review my folder and that they wouldn't be starting the work until the next Monday because the safety issues tied to leaving the holes open over the weekend. As upset as I was about all of the delays, I agreed. The crew doing the actual foundation work did an excellent job. Jorge and is crew were very professional. The project was supposed to be completed on Thursday, however the city inspector did not show up to inspect the work as scheduled on Thursday (not the crew's fault). When I asked if they would be returning on Friday, I was told that they wouldn't because they did not a have a crew available for Friday. They wouldn't be returning until Monday. This really upset me because it seemed that all of a sudden the whole safety issue wasn't a problem. When the crew came to inject the poly-fill they ran over one of the neighbor's sprinkler and broke it. They sent a two-man crew out out fill the holes and pour the concrete. This took another two days. My neighbor spoke with one of the young men about her sprinkler and was told it would be repaired. I was later informed by my neighbor that a sprinkler head(wrong size) was dropped in his yard next to the broken sprinkler head. When I spoke to the office about it, the response I hit was they would contact the owner directly and just give them a credit because they couldn't afford to send a crew all the way out just to repair the sprinkler head."

Mike and Sarah did a great job of leading and coordinating each of the complicated steps repairing our home from demolition and rebuild to the last final touches. They demonstrated great knowledge interfacing with a variety of city officials, and others to coordinate inspections and other events and keep the job moving, including planners, inspectors, drafters, and material suppliers. They have a wonderful crew of skilled craftsmen who demonstrated strong work ethic and requisite skills to easily do the work required. They were on time and ready to begin work each day always polite and helpful and kept a clean safe work place. Mike and Sarah were easy to talk to through out the project and were always willing to discuss any aspect we asked about. Mike has a large network of suppliers and sub contractors at his disposal,that were also first rate people, to get some of the specialty work done, they were all very professional and qualified. I think the project went about as well as could be expected due to the very harsh weather we had here in California this past winter. Overall we are very satisfied with how the project proceeded and the final outcome. We love our House!"

"Outstanding professional work........Richard Sarimana was our inspector. He did a very thorough inspection of our residence and furnished a detailed explanation and pricing information of what needed to be done. He ensured that there was a good understanding of the services. We are previous customers of Pacific Coast Termite (PCT) and were very satisfied with their work previously and decided to use them again. PCT called a day before our appointment to remind of our scheduled appointment and Richard called 15 minutes before his arrival at our residence. Richard had excellent customer service skills and exhibited those qualities which you would expect of your employees. The technician who came to our house was Ron. He called prior to arriving and upon arriving, walked me through all of the areas which needed work and thoroughly explained what he was going to do (termite and rodent work), how he was going to do it, why it needed to be done, and inquired if I had any questions. I could not have been more satisfied with his thoroughness. I subsequently referred PCT to other members of my family and fortunately, Ron also serviced their residences. My brother was equally impressed with the extensive work (termite and rodent work) performed by Ron and other PCT employees. With respect to my mother’s residence, when Ron completed his inspection prior to beginning work (rodent work) he told me that there was no work that needed to be done. As a result, the repair work which a previous PCT inspector had furnished did not have to be done and we did not have to spend any funds. Ron’s honesty is certainly atypical and worthy of recognition and a credit to PCT. Request Ron to be assigned as your technician………..you will not have any regrets as you will receive a thorough professional job coupled with an individual who has integrity. As a side note, if you have any questions re bowling, Ron is the go to guy......he gave me some bowling tips which I am anxious to try and hopefully, my scores will benefit."

From the time Jose came to the house to provide an estimate to the completion of this job, Jose scheduled and ensured all work was completed to our satisfaction, within our schedule and on time. "Now let me rave about Dave... He was on time if not early, he is a man that can do what he says and does it really fast. The deck repair was above and beyond what we expected. We wanted it it safe and up to code, he made it a work of art. He was knowledgeable of everything we threw at him.  He repaired the window glass so we didn't have to buy a whole new window, squeezed a dishwasher in a tiny kitchen (husband must have dishwasher), did the insulation and did the water shut off replacement. He works quickly and cleanly too, we could not even tell there was work being done. We are so pleased and yes we would hire him again in a heartbeat."
