We were testing the various installations as soon as he was done with each one and everything performed above our expectations.  He cleaned up after himself, including painted "speckles" for any tiny ceiling holes that were needed to be drilled.
In agreement with him, I pre-purchased all parts needed so he did not have to do any termination. stripping etc.. (He offered to do so for an additional price but I thought I could save more by doing it with pre-terminated cables.  Not sure if it would have been cheaper for him to supply everything - it might have). At any rate, we are pleased with every service he did, his professionalism, punctuality,  and results.
