"Very well....pun intended. FYI I rated price as a "B" but honestly, I think it could have been much worse. They spent some time troubleshooting and avoided pulling the well pump up...in my opinion a sign of true professionals. They could have made a **** of a lot more money off of me if they wanted. Additionally, Billy, the owner showed up part way through the job even though their office is a good 30 minutes away. Ended up the leak was a failed pvc joint out in the yard. They found it without digging using a very large "cake tester". A small, hand-dug hole, some new couplings and a bit of glue and we're back up and running. They also pumped up the well-tank bladder, swapped out some tired parts and installed an additional check valve while they were here. I heartily recommend them for well servicing."

"They called in the morning to arrange a time to meet. the plumber had to meet someone to get some washers, cause that is usually the problem, so he would arrive after. Plumber showed up to the house, said it would be about 3hour sop about $300.00 job cause older homes take longer then he promptly started working on the job. <br /> After about 45 mins he told me the job wasnt gonna take very long after and would be done in about an hour, then he had the wrong washers and needed to go to the store and get some. ( strange he was suppose to get the washers before he arrived) he said he would be gone about 45 mins. He came back fixed and fixed the leaks. <br /> Now its time to pay. I asked if I could pay with a credit card he said yes but its 4 percent extra. I told him that was a crappy way of doing business. He said he would help me out on the bill by not charging and quot; Drive Timeand quot; ??? <br /> Drive time i said, your suppose to bring parts with you I would think washers would be the number 1 part you used. He agreed. <br /> Well after the discount, and not charging me for drive time the bill was $332.00 <br /> A job that should have taken about an 1 1/2 hour to maybe 2 hours. Labor is $105 an hour. <br /> Well i paid and thats fine, sure wish i would have checked Angies List first and saw the F Grade. <br /> The guy was pleasant and fixed the problem. However he was not a licensed plumber. I thought the person coming to my home was a licensed plumber....Nope. They work under the owners license. <br /> The companies pricing policy is absolutely ridiculous, and there not using licensed plumbers I will never use them again. <br /> The only reason im giving a C instead of an F was the guy was pleasant. <br />"

"Hired GA Septic to come and pump out our septic tank. The utilities came out last week to mark the lines. . Johnny started digging, upsetting a hornets nest in the process and was stung. After spraying he resumed the digging to discover a gas line over the lid of the tank. He called 811 and waited for them to send out a gas rep Fortunately, the line in question was not active and Johnny again resumed the inspection. Johnny found roots In the tank which caused issues with tank efficiency. The roots needed to be cleaned out and a bio kit was used as tank was over full. Johnny was great. He was a trooper when stung and patiently waited for gas company to arrive. I would definitely recommend GA septic, Johnny specifically for cleaning, inspection or repair. <br />"
