"Had several problems with them residing my house. First of all, the dumpster was supposed to be at my house early in the morning on the day that they started. It did not show up until 6 pm that evening so the old siding was on my grass all day and killed some of it. After they were done, I checked everything and found they messed up my electrical, did not hook the exhaust hose back up when they installed a new vent. The project manager was not any help, so I had to call the owner. Eventually they got an electrician out to fix everything and I hooked the exhaust hose up myself and now everything is good but the fact that they said they were done and left things a mess if what bothered me. It took a couple weeks to fix, and it should have been done in 4 days. Most people probably don't check everything like I did so who knows if they did this to other homeowners."

The most recent bid was quite competitive for replacement windows, which are top of the line, but was not in my budget at the present time since I had higher priority improvements that needed to be done first. In the excitement of the great deal Seth made, I signed but had to back out days later because of the other things I needed to get done first. I would like to thank the owner, Dave Becker, for allowing me to back out of the deal. Dave is a excellent person and a perfect gentlemen and I can see why both my brother, and my father (God rest his soul) have relied on Mid America Exteriors for their needed home improvements over the past 20 years. They always put in very quality products and at very competitive price. I would recommend Mid America for whatever work you need to have done on your home. They should always be a go to for a bid. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
