Despite the circumstances of being on lock-down for half of the remodel, the Prime Management crew did a great job. We love our beautiful new kitchen! They communicated daily and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Any hiccups that arose were taken care of quickly and with care. Matt was a joy to work with and to get to know. He was so helpful with design decisions. In addition, the crew members were kind and courteous. "Ken was very knowledgeable about our problems.  We asked him about several issues; some needed fixing and some did not.  I respect his opinions.  Our major issue was a two story wall that was sagging because it was built between floor joists.  We had an extra joist and supports installed.  The workmen were courtious and effecient.  Our floor feels very stable now.
