The next day and he gives me some excuse that the parts wasn?t gonna be in on time and that he wasn?t gonna be there that day which he guarantee me that he would be here over promised and under delivered and then when I told him that?s not gonna work for me, I have to go another one. He said I?m going out of town and he wouldn?t be back till that next Monday so I said I would I have to go with another company cause I need my price done guaranteed so I had another company come out and everything that this guy said that needed to be fixed was wrong. I just finished getting my dryer fixed for 160 bucks. Do not trust this vendor. He is not worth it. I would avoid him because he?s unprofessional and that?s all I?m gonna say about that."

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."
