"Trent was great to work with! After an initial inspection of the deck he decided the best way to clean the old wood and proceed. He also recommended blending some deck stain colors to get a better match for the previous color. Trent had some sudden openings  and came out and cleaned the deck in one afternoon and was nice enough to place the deck furniture in the yard while working. He came back the next week and stained the entire deck in one day. I gave a B for price because I had received another deck staining quote for slightly less, but decided to go with Trent after talking to him and seeing other reviews. The finished product was worth it, and I highly recommend Trent and his team.

"I contacted Steve at Texas Roof and Fence last fall to get bids on my house and a rent house that had hail damage.  he was very responsive to those requests and quickly got me a bid.
I'm probably not the easiest customer to do business with and I wasn't thrilled with some of his terms and conditions so he agreed to changes I requested.  I'm not sure why but it took a few months to get his signed agreement back to me.  My impression is Steve has a lot of balls in the air and sometimes thinks he has done something he hasn't. 
The roof replacement was done last week.  I am still waiting on the barn roof and gutters which were supposed to be done this week but it's not looking like they will be.
Steve set a high bar and high expectations committing to cleaning up daily which his team didn't do.  He also told me when they cleaned up it would be spotless which it wasn't.   Steve said it was unrealistic to expect they would get more than 99% of the nails, etc.
He may have done better than most roofers would have.  I had high expectations based on the strong reviews he had on Angie's List and in Denton and his representations which fell a little short.  Not sure how much of that is because my expectations were too high and some because his crew or he didn't do what he said they would.

"Outdoor Creations did a very fantastic job on our damaged and leaking roof. They just happened to be driving pass our home one day and observed that our roof needed repair. They stopped by and politely introduced themselves, and asked permission to inspect the roof. After discovering some serious damage from the weather, they facilitated and handled the insurance issues concerning the needed repairs in a professional manner. After the details were completed their crew came and finished the job in two and a half days. The crew was very polite and skilled, and they did a great job. Jake conducted himself with honesty and integrity. The information they gave was clear, and they were happy to answer all our questions.
