"Had a blockage of the main drain in the residence. Made my call to see if this is something the company could handle. Within an hour as told, the technician (Daryl) arrived. He evaluated the problem and spent a good amount of time working several areas to see if he could unclog the problem. After several hours of continues attempts, the clog was dislodged. Without any question, I would contact them and specifically request Daryl...Great service, reasonable and accomodating."

"We called to make an appointment to get an estimate for a small leak in our master bath. Surprisingly, the appointment was on a Sunday! Sean was the technician who quoted us a price and did the work. We had several inches of snow on the ground but he worked right through it. Sean hustled right in, figured out what the problem was, traipsed out into the snow to shut off the water, got the parts out of his truck, fixed it, explained exactly what the problem was, went back out to turn the water back on and off he went. He has a pleasing personality and is very clear on what work he needed to do and best of all the price was very reasonable! We highly recommend Ira Hansen and Sons Plumbing. Sean did such a great job that we would probably ask for him again if we ever had any problems with our 27 year old home. Thanks Sean!"

"<p>This is the plumbing company you want in Douglas County and surrounding area. (I tried three other plumbing/heating/septic/well companies before I began working with Summit.) Summit (mostly Mike..great guy, really knows his stuff!) came out about five or six times between June 2015 and Oct 2015. My 2 coolers, heater, well, sinks, summarizing/winterizing all function properly without issue. Certainly going to have them on my next project, the septic tank.</p> <p>The only issue I have with Summit is they were/are hard to get them out to my home. With that said, my home is remote and the area experienced extreme weather in early summer...both factors beyond Summit's control.</p> <p>Certainly impressed by this service provider.<br /> <br /></p> <br /> <br /> <br />"

"After I contacted the company, they were able to send out someone to service the furnace the following day. I needed the furnace serviced and cleaned. Francisco arrived at the agreed upon time, gave me an estimate and explained in detail the work to be done. He answered all of my questions with patience, and the work was performed. The cost matched the estimate and the furnace is running great! <br />"

"I had Easy Rooter deal with a collapsing sewer line. Another company put down a camera and said the part under the street was fine, so we could just trench from the foundation to the street and put in new pipe. They also said "we don't have a recording of the camera work ... our equipment does not permit that." Hmmmm. I was a little suspicious. This other outfit had a good reputation but was a Class C contractor and thus would have to hire out the work to go into the street. Was this opinion trustworthy? I'm sooo grateful I asked Matt at Easy Rooter to give a second opinion, because I was either being lied to or the workers were incompetent. Easy Rooter is a Class A contractor, and can go into the street if they have to, but their "cast in place" technology does not demand it so they do not have that inherent conflict of interest. In less than a day and a half Easy Rooter gave me a thumb drive with film of the entire line: it was bad throughout but the part under the street was the worst! Huge roots; collapsing clay pipe. I've put up a picture of what the other company said was a "good line." Oh please. Matt was not even 100% sure he could avoid trenching it -- it was that bad. Matt explained the whole process in every detail. I researched it online. "Cast in place" was the solution I needed. They spun out the roots. When the pipe did collapse in one place they dug down and inserted a short length of ABS (at no additional cost!!), then they cast the whole thing from the inside with a seamless new pipe. Check out the after picture in nearly the same place as the other picture. The whole like looks exactly like that. In just two days the entire line was done -- if it were not for the collapse the whole thing would have taken 5 hours. For just a little bit above what the other guys wanted to do a messy, lengthy, and incompetent partial line replacement that would have torn up my yard and failed within months, I now have a brand new pipe from the clean out at the foundation to the main sewer line. One pipe; no seams; no possibility of root intrusion. Without them, I would have faced several thousand dollars more of in-street repairs before the year was even out. Matt even pulled a full camera film of the new line and gave me the thumb drive with it -- it looks wonderful. Look for yourself. Gang, these guys are the real deal. Fast, honest, knowledgable, competent and their technology is simply better than other options. They get 5 stars ... in my experience these folks are as good as it gets. Steve H."

"The Good: Was available within two days for a service call during hot weather. Showed up on time. He got our water cooler working. <br /> The Bad: Much higher price than expected. We had a coupon advertising $90 Hose bib replacement, and $60 service call. plus materials. <br /> In the end, we were charged $130 for materials, and an additional $100 for labor because the materials weren't in his truck. Grand total of $392, for 2 hours worth of work, and high material price. <br /> In addition, the copper tubing at the base of the cooler cracked and leaked two days later (compression valve was likely overtightened). Too much hassle to call back, I ended up replacing the compression valve myself. <br /> Overall: Coupons are useless. My fault. I should have gone with a more reputable place. <br /> <br />"
